This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled at EvoTripX. Specific terms for hotels, flights and activities may vary by supplier and will be shared with your booking confirmation.

How to cancel

To cancel or amend a confirmed booking, contact us in writing by email as early as possible. Cancellation takes effect from the date we receive your request.

Cancellation charges

Cancellation charges depend on how far in advance you cancel and the policies of hotels, transport and activity providers. Indicative slabs are:

  • 30+ days before travel: lower cancellation charge, maximum refund
  • 15–29 days before travel: partial cancellation charge
  • 7–14 days before travel: higher cancellation charge
  • Less than 7 days or no-show: limited or no refund

Non-refundable components

Certain elements such as confirmed flight tickets, visa fees, peak-season hotel bookings and special event tickets are often non-refundable, as set by the respective suppliers.

Refund timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days after deducting applicable charges and supplier retentions.

Force majeure

In cases of natural disasters, government restrictions or other events beyond our control, we will work with suppliers to secure credits or rescheduling where possible; supplier policies will apply.
